No matter what &amp;#039;progress&amp;#039; is being made, it&amp;#039;s still not enough. For example in the [[minimum pricing]] argument, where for instance alcohol must be priced at a minimum amount per &amp;#039;[[Alcohol Units|unit]]&amp;#039; sold:&lt;br /&gt;
